Professional Assistance After a Fall
Many falls do not require emergency medical treatment, but they can still leave someone unable to stand up safely on their own.
Our falls response service is designed to provide fast and professional support in these situations. When we are called, our responder will attend the property and carry out a brief wellbeing assessment before assisting the individual safely from the floor.
If at any point there are signs of injury or medical concerns, emergency services will be contacted immediately to ensure the person receives the appropriate care.

Safe Fall Recovery with the Raizer Lifting Chair
To ensure safe and controlled assistance, we use the Raizer lifting chair, a specialist device designed specifically for helping people who have fallen and cannot stand independently.
The Raizer chair is assembled carefully around the individual while they remain on the floor. Once assembled, the chair gently lifts the person into a comfortable seated position using a controlled motorised system.
This approach allows assistance to be provided safely without manual lifting, reducing the risk of injury for both the individual and the responder.

If a client experiences a fall and needs assistance, our responder can attend the property and help the individual safely return to a comfortable seated or standing position using specialist lifting equipment.
Responder Attendance
£50 per hour
Our responder will remain with the client while assistance is provided and a quick wellbeing check is carried out. Most call-outs usually take around 30 minutes.
